Please keep the following in mind:

Incorrect/unwanted materials requested by the parent and ordered by the EF are non-returnable.
Items must be age/grade level appropriate
If an item you ordered is not available or back-ordered, it will be canceled and you can try to order again at a later time.
This form is used to request materials for a single learner. Do not include material requests for siblings.
Please do not contact the vendor directly if there are any issues/questions regarding your order. Your EF is the point person for all communication regarding issues with orders (incorrect items, incomplete orders, damaged items, etc.)
Review the Ordering Handbook to avoid ordering a non-approved item.
Remember to factor approximately 20-25% in additional costs due to shipping, taxes and/or handling fees required by the company for purchase orders. To complete the request, enter the exact item amount and the additional costs will automatically be calculated after you submit the request.
Please note that due to fluctuating costs for shipping, a funding reserve of $15 is required on all orders.
All materials must be nonsectarian. Please check the item description thoroughly. If ordering from Rainbow Resource, please use their "chat" function - they will advise if you are uncertain about the content of an item they sell.

Please look for a submitted order confirmation from your EF within 3 business days of submitting this form. Contact your EF if you do not receive a confirmation within 3 business days.

Learners are allowed to have one technology device through the use of instructional funds. If your learner already has a device ordered with instructional funds, and you are requesting a replacement due to damage or technical issues, Tech Team must first evaluate the device and confirm a replacement is necessary. Do not skip this step before placing an order for a replacement device.

All iExplore tickets must be used prior to June 5, 2024 (within the 2023-2024 school year). The expiration date on the physical tickets does not apply.
